Remedial Massage -

The technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension. Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief. Aims to relax, stimulate nerve endings and increase blood flow.

Swedish/Relaxation

Combination of techniques -Remedial, Deep tissue, NMT, working on specific areas for relief.

15 min dry brush full body exfoliation to remove dead skin build up, followed by moisturising massage leaving you feeling soft, fresh and rejuvenated

Body dry exfoliation

Incorporated in your chosen massage, hot stones are an extension of your therapists hands, targeting areas of tension.  Heath released from the stones delivers effects felt deep in the muscles and tissues.
