Di leads this class blending therapeutic grade essential oils with Yoga practice.  Each week  an oil will be chosen for reflection based on the beautiful work of Robbie Zecks's Blossoming heart.  "Essential oils with their subtle qualities can penetrate our consciousness, allowing situations to be viewed from a different perspective". As we awaken our senses through Aroma and Yoga, we connect body and and breath, moving towards compassionate self healing.
